When we first started using this company it took a long time to get toters delivered. Eventually they delivered used toters that they had ''sanitized'' but really stunk like garbage. Then the garbage collectors left our toter in the middle of the street. It was hit buy a truck and was completely totaled. It took the company nearly 6 weeks to deliver a new toter and take away the old one. I called the company every other week to ask them to just take away the old toter. I was told ''a ticket has been written'' and ''it's scheduled for today''. Yet, nothing ever happened and I was condemned to look at this eyesore of a mangled toter sitting at my curb for all that time. Finally, I contacted the company and insisted on speaking to a manager. When I gave him the litany of what I had gone through trying to get this old toter picked up, (I had kept names, dates, and notes on each conversation) he said, ''it'll be done today.'' And it was. And I also got a new toter that day!
