I called him yesterday and he told me he would be out to do an estimate on removing a stump for me. He didn't make it yesterday but did today. Very quick and thorough about the cost. He was very courteous. He even advised me to go ahead and get other estimates to compare.

They were so nice! They came quickly. He came out and gave me an estimate and the price was quite competitive. They did all their work in a quick manner. They were out the following week and took care of it all. It was great! There were so many little bits of little sticks and dead fall and they cleaned it all! They were GREAT!

I am 100% pleased with Bill and Pam's Service. They worked during the hottest weather we have probably ever had in Newark and they answered their calls on the weekend. I had a tree fall on my house on Fri 6/29, called Bill and Pam's the next day, Sat 6/30, and they removed the tree from my house in about 4 hours. They also helped a few of my neighbors with downed trees. They told me they would return in a few days to clean up the yard because they were prioritizing their work, and so many people in our area were affected by downed trees. They did as they promised and finished cleaning up by July 1 or 2. Also, their price is very reasonable, and the quality of their work is excellent.
I have had them cut down and remove trees for me before. They sometimes do not call back right away-- the last time they returned my call in about a week. But I have always found them dependable, and during this last severe storm, they responded immediately and were a godsend.

BILL and PAM'S TREE and STUMP SVC were a month and half late in coming. They came when no one was home. We did not know they were coming until after it was done. They had taken three down around the power line without shutting it off, which was very disappointing. We were not really pleased.
