WHEN THEY HAD TO BRING THEM BACK, THE VAN WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND THEY FOLDED THE LARGE ORIENTAL WHICH IS AN ANTIQUE. THEY HAD REMOVED THE PAPERCLIP IDENTIFYING WHICH END WENT WHERE. PLACING THE RUG BACK WAS LIKE A MAJOR ORDEAL. THEY CHARGED FOR REMOVING IT & DELIVERING IT. AFTER 10 PIECES OF FURNITURE, THEY CHARGED FOR PUTTING EVERYTHING BACK. LIKE CHARGING TO CLEAN THE TOILET, JUST BECAUSE IT'S IN THE BATHROOM DOESN'T MEAN I CAN CHARGE YOU EXTRA TO CLEAN IT. THEY WERE A PAIN IN THE BUTT!
