They replaced one spring and the garage door had trouble again a year later. I mentioned to service tech on second visit that the other spring should probably be replaced. In a condescending tone he said it didn't. He lubricated the garage hinges, charged me $80 for 20 minutes of work, told me garage doors needed lubed every month, and left. Sure enough, 9 months later the other spring broke. I didn't bother calling them back and hear that they are closed now. Can't say that I am surprised.

I left a message on the weekend. They returned my call first thing Monday morning. They provided an estimated arrival time, which ended up being just about dead on. The repair person explained what they would do and why the part they were using was different than the one that was broken. The repair took, at most, 45 minutes. Payment was due by check at the completion of service.

I ordered two doors through Home Depot. The doors were from Clopay. The local installer was Angeletti from Newark. They installed the doors and did a great job. Customer service was top notch.

They showed up when they said they would. They did the job. There were absolutely no problems. I would use them in the future.

I was living in a hotel when my home and garage was being built. I came out several times through out the work. One day I noticed a hole through a panel on the bottom, and the next day I noticed a hole on the panel second from the bottom. I asked them what had happened and they said they had thrown a hammer all the way through the door because it was cold and they were mad that they were out there. Angeletti didn't believe me right away but eventually gave me 2 new panels. Then, when I finally moved in the garage door wouldn't go up. I called Angeletti again and they refused to come out, they said they weren't servicing the door for me anymore. I had to hire another company to come out and they diagnosed that the circuit had a factory flaw and would never have worked. I had to pay this company to replace the circuit.
