Exterior Painting
He was very helpful and prompt when doing the bid process. However, the good ended there. It took him over 2 months to paint two sides of a small three story building in downtown Newark. I paid the first half of the contract with a credit card. The work was taking forever, he would not respond to call, texts, or emails. Work was ok, not great. When the job was finally 95% done he charged my card the other half! Unauthorized and for the larger amount than originally agreed upon. He never came back to finish the job. He focused more on getting government contracts than doing his local jobs.
