 + -1 moreTHE FIRST CONTRACTOR WE MET CAME OUT TO LOOK AT THE JOB AND GIVE US THE ESTIMATE. HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE. WE HAD SCHEDULED AT 5:30 PM. HE CALLED PROMPTLY AT 5:30 PM AND TOLD US THAT HE WOULD BE AN HOUR LATE DUE TO FINISHING UP ANOTHER JOB. HE SHOWED UP AT 6:30 PM PROMPTLY. HIS PRICE WAS JUST RIGHT. WE MET THE OTHER CONTRACTORS ON THE DAY OF THE EXCAVATION. THEY HAD SOME EQUIPMENT PROBLEMS IN THE MORNING BUT CALLED AT 8 AM TO LET US KNOW THEY WERE STILL GOING TO BE HERE. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND WERE WILLING TO STAY AS LONG AS IT TOOK TO GET THE JOB DONE. THE NEXT DAY WHEN WE HAD THE STAIRWAY INSTALLED BY THE OTHER COMPANY, THEY EVEN COMMENTED ON THE GREAT EXCAVATION JOB THAT AERO DID FOR US.
Description of Work: WE WERE HAVING A PRECAST STAIRWAY INSTALLED INTO OUR BASEMENT (FROM OUR PATIO) BY ANOTHER COMPANY. AERO EXCAVATED THE SITE FOR US. THEY DUG THE HOLE REQUIRED AT OUR FOUNDATION AND CUT THE OPENING IN THE FOUNDATION WALL.
