In July I hired Ryan Gargasz to replace some soffit material that had fallen out at one of my rentals. The soffit material was installed, however it was not installed properly and it didn't look very good at all. In September I contacted Ryan to let him know that the repair failed and to inquire when he would be out again. He claimed he was too busy and after several emails by December he told me that he would not repair his shoddy work and to find someone else.
