They did a fast job, maybe too fast. A neighbor told me he witnessed them putting on the new shingles without first installing the felt underlayment, which was part of the proposal/estimate. Shawn assured me that they were also installing the felt under layment. The finished result looked pretty good.
My roof started leaking in 2009. Shawn came back and "fixed" it once. During the past couple of months, with really hard, long rains, I have had several more leaks.  Unfortunately, both of the phone numbers I have for this company have been disconnected. This is definitely a case of I got what I paid for or didn't get what I didn't pay for! I wish I'd used a more reputable company!!

1/13/2012  Have since discovered that when Shawn replaced the shingles 4 years ago, he did not fix a couple of broken boards on the roof.  After finding Shawn Lowe's address, I sent him a certified -return receipt letter telling him about the leaky roof and asking him to contact me. The letter was delivered and signed for, but I've never heard a word from him. The roof continues to spring more leaks and it looks like I'm going to have to have a large section, back shed-style, lower pitch totally redone, only 4 1/2 years after Shawn put on new shingles for me.
