This contractor was very accommodating.  We were relocating out of state and needed to install a new furnace very quickly as part of the sales agreement.  NDC previously provided service to us so I contacted them and explained the issue and time frame.  They were able to rearrange their installation schedule to perform the work necessary in the time frame to comply with the sales agreement.

The technician arrived exactly when he said he would and within a few minutes was at work diagnosing the problem with our furnace.  It turned out to be a faulty lighting mechanism which he promptly identified and replaced all within our budget.

My experience has gone very well. The staff is excellent, professional and highly knowledgeable in their field. The pricing is the best I can find and very reasonable. They are very conscientious of my home and great with the clean up. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Our 38-year-old oil furnace needed replaced so we got bids to replace it with a new two-stage Lennox gas furnace and air conditioning system with two-stage digital thermostat.  We selected NDC because of their thorough review with us of the process that would take place in converting from an oil to gas furnace and the competitive price given.  We found their team to be extremely professional and knowledgeable and they completed the work exactly as outlined, on time and at the price quoted.  They took care to protect our home and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was completed.  We are extremely pleased with our new system and highly recommend NDC for all heating/air conditioning needs.  They even informed us of the $300 Lennox rebate on the system we purchased and completed paperwork making it easy for us to submit our rebate on-line.  Replacing our home heating system seemed like a big project to us but NDC came in, took charge and made it look easy and the process went very smoothly.

It went very well.  He was here when he stated he would be and they did a good job.  I'm about to call him to come this year to clean our furnace again.  (Actually I might have him give me an estimate on a propane gas furnace due to the price we now pay for oil)

He was excellent!  He was always prompt.  He was very busy and fit me in.  Very courteous.

I finally purchased a building for my practice. The inspection had revealed that the air conditioner was "near the end of its useful life." We move in June and a heat wave hit within two weeks. Temperatures topped 90 degrees and one unit failed and the other was failing. I called Dave and he came out that day. He checked the units and gave me the bad news. Due to the fact that I have a chiropractic practice and rent to attorneys (who had to come to work in shorts due to the heat), time was of the essence. Dave cleared his schedule and installed two Lennox units the next day. We were up and running (and cool) by 1 pm. He also helped me obtain 12 months same as cash financing to cushion the financial blow as we had just assumed moving expenses. All and all the experience was great and we will definitely use him for future work (hopefully none will be necessary for another 20 years!).
