Computer Repair
Cyber Tek thinks that going around the problem is the same as solving the problem. Their solution was to create another user on the computer that did not have the issue. By doing this I had 2 (then 3) computer profiles. All of our software did not work on any profile. The customer service people in India were quite rude and argumentative. Pop up ads eliminated? All but one. We get a Cycber Tek ad every time we turn on the computer. Bad service, rude employees, stay away from them.
