Our biggest complaint with this company is that they give us very little notice when they will be coming. We have asked them to call more in advance, but generally get a one to two day notice. If we are out of town, we obviously cannot then get our window screens down to allow them to clean. They also seem to come on cloudy days just before it rains, so we don't often get to enjoy our clean windows.

Courtesy does an excellent job! We receive a call the evening before to let us know they will be coming and to remind us to unlock the screens. They bring their own supplies and ladders. They work quickly and efficiently. The windows are clean and streak-free. When I have forgotten to unlock the screens, they manage to pry them out - while balanced on a 3-story ladder!

Courtesy Window Cleaning is set up as a service business, meaning they come out twice a year per service automatically. There is no need to remember to call. It is so nice to come home & discover clean windows!

THEY SHOW UP, DO THE JOB, AND LEAVE WITHOUT DISTURBING ME (EXCEPT WHEN THEY CLEAN THE INSIDE WINDOWS). THE PERFECT SERVICE PROVIDER.
