Today we had them open our pool (5/24/2011). Not oly did they connect the filter pump backwards, causing it to pump undesirables into the pool instead of filtering and circulating the water, but they also set the pump down on the electrical wiring, which crimped the wires rendering them dangerous. In my mind, a GOOD business practice is to inform the customer of the "accident" and have it repaired. Not so, in this case. We called the office at New Philadelphia to inform them of the problems and we were told that we are difficult customers and we might want to find someone else to service our pool from now on. (As if we hadn't already decided this for ourselves) No apologies, no mention of correcting these issues.... nothing but attitude. We will NEVER use this business again, and if asked, we'll tell people exactly what we think of them.
