The first appointment the repairman was an hour late. After looking at my dishwasher he said he needed to order the part and I also needed to have a larger copper fitting replaced so that he could put a new line on that newer dishwashers are using. He could not change e fitting so I had to find a plumber. I was called a few days later saying the part was in however I hadn't gotten a plumber in to change out fitting. Once that was done, the repairman came back on time and it took no time for the new line and part to be put on.

We have used Appliance Reconditioners in the past and are 100% happy with their service. This time we felt we needed to purchase a new washing machine.

They came out and fixed our stove,was very prompt was here when they said would be. We have used them to fix our fridge several times. We have bought many appliances from them best price around for used appliances and they stand behind there product any issues they take care of it.

We ended up not buying the washer and dryer from them this time since we needed a really quiet machine for our cottage. We have used them for years and their service has always been great and their items have always been of good quality. I think they might be expanding now, with more staff, since the delivery guy, who used to be able to service other appliances in the home, no longer repairs other appliances on the same visit as a delivery. The young woman that answers the phone is great and efficient, she always returns your call. Overall, the staff is just great.
