My handyman calls Dan from Down Right Plumbing whenever he gets into a jamb. He called Dan from my house a couple of years ago for an expert take on a plumbing problem and Dan swung by and fixed it in no time flat. After he left I had my handyman write down his number for me which I promptly placed in my "Capable People File".
A couple of years later I called Dan on a Monday afternoon and told him I wanted to have a water heater put in and the job was completed by noon on Tuesday. He also replaced a couple of corroded pipes.
Dan is affable, licensed and easy to deal with.
