We asked if we should turn off the water prior to starting the work. The plumber said no, so as he was working a pipe broke. This caused water to go throughout our house. We had to hire another service to clean the carpets, etc. I feel that this plumber was way over priced, but the final result of the work was good - the shower is working now.

I was very happy with him. He has done work at a couple other houses in our neighborhood. He was very good and they treated us very good. I would use him again.
