Keith promptly returned our call and scheduled a date for our inspection. We live in the country and we were pretty sure something had taken up residence in our attic. Keith arrived as scheduled and allowed me to explain what we were hearing.
He carefully opened the attic access door in the garage and did a thorough inspection. He reported that there were just a couple indications of mice, but nothing to be alarmed about. Next he checked the attic access door in an upstairs bedroom. There were signs that several mice were in that section of the attic, but again nothing that would warrant setting traps, which would require multiple visits. Since there were just a few mice, he recommended that we put some bait stations in the attic to eliminate them. Unfortunately, there is no way to completely seal all the possible entrances, so it is possible new mice may show up. We feel much better just knowing what the situation is, and we're relieved that it's something we can easily take care of.
I would highly recommend Keith, he was friendly, personable, affordable and really knows his stuff.
