Keathley Construction

We had a big storm last year around August where I live and my home was destroyed by hail. I knew we were gonna get certain things replaced by the insurance company but I wasn't aware of exactly what was going to get replaced. I called a couple contractors out and got estimates from each. I called Keathley Construction because I seen one of their signs. My representative name was Kevin and he was the best. Kevin came out and told me exactly what was gonna be replaced by the insurance company and sure enough,that was what was replaced. Kevin made sure we were aware of everything going on with our project the whole time. He met with our adjuster,helped us with different colors,gave us installation dates,calling us every few days to make sure everything was going alright for us. Very professional and very knowledgeable. The crews were great, very friendly and very hard working. The workmanship shows in our project,beautifully done. We honestly didn't have to really do anything, Kevin took care of our claim and performed all the work and was clear about his intentions the whole time. Keathley Construction did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anybody who wants great work done by great people and not have to worry about it.

My house has needed siding for some time now. My daughter has a friend she grew up with that was in the contracting business. His dad is the owner of Keathley Construction and my daughters friend is a representative for them. I asked her to let him know I wanted an estimate for our house to be sided. The day after she asked him, he was there measuring the house up. That day he gave me a price of roughly $7,890.00 to do all of my siding which is quite fair. I have a fairly large home.I had other estimates that were up near $9,000. My daughter's friend (cant remember his name now) showed me what products he would be using and gave me all the warranty information. Once we signed the contract, they started 2 days later. Took them about a day and a half to finish which is not bad because like I said, I have a fairly large home. Workmanship is top notch. My house looks so much better with new siding. The crew was great,hard working and respectful. The representative always was checking up on them and me to make sure there were no problems or questions on my behalf. Keathley Construction was great. If I end up doing my gutters this year I plan on using them. Never worked with a better contractor.

I saw Keathley Construction's yard sign on another project they were doing,it said roofing on it and I needed a new roof. I did my research and they are a family owned and operated company, which I definitely wanted. They've been around for awhile and offer great warranties so I chose them to do my roof. I don't have a big roof but it was old and I wanted the best shingle I could get. Keathley Construction came out and showed me all the different shingle types,colors and warranties that came with them. Made the selection process so much easier. They even had prices for each different type of shingle so I could compare them all. Once I chose what shingle I wanted we signed the contract and they started two days later. Started at 8 am and they were done by 2 pm. The crew was very hard working and very clean cut,not what you would expect from a roofing crew. They did a great job and the roof looks fantastic. I wanted to get through winter before I wrote a review but we are through the hardest part and my roof still looks great. No problems whatsoever.

I was referred to Keathley Construction through a family member. Keathley Construction did my cousins roof through the insurance company and we had similar damages so we decided to use them as well. Jack was our representative. Jack was very reliable. Everytime we called, he answered. My husband and I had what seemed like millions of questions and he answered every one of them. Jack after coming out for the initial inspection met with our insurance adjuster and he made sure the adjuster was aware of certain damages in order for the adjuster to replace our roof. We figured since the roof was getting done we would pay out of pocket to get our gutters done. The prices were very fair and our gutters work flawlessly now. Our roof looks great and the whole process was surprisingly simple with the help of Keathley Construction. Our roof was even installed in a day. They went above and beyond to make my husband and I happy and I would hire them again with no questions asked. They were great.

We had strong winds where I live and I went outside to find some shingles on the ground from my house. Thinking nothing of it we received a flyer from Keathley Construction telling us that we could possibly have wind damage to our roof. We've never filed a claim with our insurance for our home so we had no idea how the process worked. Ryan Keathley, the owner's son came out and explained the whole process and answered all our questions. Ryan inspected our roof and told us we had enough damage in his opinion to get a new roof. We were skeptical but thought it was worth a shot. Ryan met with our adjuster and got on the roof with him. The adjuster did confirm that we had wind damage and he was going to pay us for a new roof to be put on. Not really expecting it, we were ecstatic! Ryan had shingle samples he showed us and we picked what color we wanted. The very next day after signing a contract with Keathley Construction our roof was started and finished. It only took them one day! Their crew was clean cut, no foul language was heard by us and they worked hard. Our roof looks beautiful and makes our house look that much better. We chose Keathley Construction because Ryan did everything he said he was going to do. He was professional,honest,and knowledgeable. I am going to be calling them back this summer to do my siding. Truly a great company.
