*Home completion time was three to four months past the deadline as discussed prior to projection. After the frame was completed the home sat for several weeks without any progression of work. * The quality of work was well below overall standards in certain areas: shower rooms ,flooring and several other areas in the home looked like corners were cut to save money. We have cracks in the corners of our main shower room. Our granite floor in foyer area feel un-even. * The home does not feel well insulated due to builder errors. Our utility bills are close to $1000.00 a month. I will now need to get a second opinion on lowering our utility bills. *The contractor was often on on site and did not over see his employees. Often times the workers were using our new toilets for their own personal use. I notified the contractor to have his workers stop using our new toilets due to the mess. This was due to the fact the builder did not purchase a porta potty for his own employees. * We had to wait over three months for landscaping and grass after we moved in. We were always provided excuses due to hot weather and other priority projects. The landscaping was poorly done. We still cannot grow grass due to the rocks all over our lot that were not removed. I will probably have the complete the entire lot again. * Overall I did not feel like we were ever a priority and other home owner projects seemed to precedent over the completion of our home. * I do not recommend this contractor if you are building a home over $400,000. I recommend quality over saving money. Last, I thought it was just me..... I then met other home owners that worked with this specific contractor. They had the same stories and issues.
