Well the technician arrived right on time and was clean cut and dressed professionally! He was polite and very helpful with explaining the process and the results were amazing! The tile looked great the grout was clean and white again! The carpet in the house has some years on it and some heavy traffic in the past and after this treatment it looked soo much better. Stains were pulled up clean and smelling great and the best part it was dry later that evening and not a day or two later! I would recommend to anyone who wants a great service and old fashioned polite hardworking ethics!

Everything went fantastic! Way better than we expected. We have 2 large dogs that caused a strong pet odor in our basement along with a couple small stains. He started by checking the carpet in different locations for high moisture and proteins. Once he found out where they were located he sprayed down a cleaning agent to help loosen everything up. Then sprayed our entire carpet with all purpose cleaner. Then the magic happened. He began by using a tool that hooks up to his vacuum to extract the spot where he put down the extra cleaning agent. After that was complete he began to steam clean the entire basement, stairs, and bedroom. In his trailer, there is a boiler which heats the water up to very high temperatures, along with a powerful vacuum. As he sprays the hot steam, it also sucks all the dirt and grime out of the carpet that the solution he put down loosened up. Our carpets looked brand new and smelled amazing. He even sprayed down some deoderizer to make everything smell fresh. Then he went above and beyond and spotted a couple stains on our basement walls and even cleaned those for us. He also brought a high powered fan to help dry the floors faster. After he was finished with all the rooms and stairs, he also cleaned a rug that we keep in the basement. It really brought out the designs in the rug and of course smelled 100% better.

There is not one thing I can say bad about this company. He is very professional and has high tech equipmment. He knows what he is doing and is very knowledgable about his buisness. I would recommend Jed to anyone who is looking for great quality at an afforable price. He has many things to offer besides just cleaning carpets and floors.
