We had a plaster wall that was bubbling, so we called out Ketcheson to give us a quote. They told us that it was the flashing around the chimney that was bad, so they ripped it out and replaced the wood around the chimney. After the wall dried out, they repaired the plaster. Soon after, we had a leak again, so I called them back out. They decided that the chimney was too porous, so they removed the cement block chimney and replaced it with a metal pipe. Here we are about a year later... I have called them to come look at the leak that we have AGAIN... They claimed in February that there was an ice dam built up against the metal pipe. The wall is ruined. The leak hasn't stopped. They have never tried to give me any discount/ money back/ no have they admitted that they didn't provide satisfactory service. Very disappointed.
