I thought $700 sounded like a great price for a sump pump install based on what I was getting for quotes so I called them to come out and install one. I have not seen a more unprofessional group of people. They took turns going outside to smoke and came back into my basement smelling so very pleasant. They installed a DRYWALL bucket in the sump pit, cracked all my concrete while making the pit and used MY extension cord to sting across my basement to a plug. The receipt is handwritten on a random sheet of paper and isn't signed or dated. I had a contractor friend come out recently for another issue and he noticed my sump pump. After he laughed and laughed at the work and told me pretty much everything was wrong, I called the owner to complain. I was told that they aren't electricians so that's why I have an extension cord, I could have had an actual sump bucket but that would have cost me an additional $250 and that it doesn't have to be pretty as long as it works. And good luck getting anything fixed because someone else had taken them to court and lost because they have formed as a new company. This is all while I'm trying to be nice and just talk to him about what they did.

Terrible. They broke my cast iron tub, incorrectly installed plumbing for claw foot tub, and would not come back to fix anything. I ended up giving up on having them fix it and had to pay another plumber to make the corrections. Oh, and i had to buy ANOTHER claw-foot tub.
