Ms. Green is very easy to work with and gives a realistic timeline as to when the work can be completed satisfactorly. Because I am a full-time nursing student, I need a calm and organized environment to study and live. I believe my grades improve as a result of or coming in a doing a major overhaul creating a tranquil and clean home.

Fabulous beyond my expectations. My cluttered mind had trouble deciding on keep, toss, donate, and organizing. No problem... She expertly guided me in a peaceful way. So helpful. Even cleaned as we went and packed items with care. Couldn't believe what we accomplished. Thelma is so detailed so if you want a quick rush job for a filthy house she's not your gal...unless you want it done right and hire her back to finish. She's very meticulous, so if you're detail oriented and a perfectionist (and not a total slob lol) you will NOT find anyone better!!

Communication was good and the items that were cleaned, were cleaned well, but at the end of the day, I think you can do better. I asked for a priority of bathrooms to be cleaned, two were not. I asked for some carpet areas to be cleaned and as I was told once she arrived with her helper, "I leave that to the professionals" She stated she has a bad back, but only when she arrived. I had two people clean for 4 hours, they actually went a little longer and the items that were cleaned, were done nicely. My point is that a simple wet vac machine that only needs to be pushed and.or carpet cleaning with a vacuum cleaner is the crux of one's business in domestic services and this was stated only when she arrived in terms of her personal injury issues and reluctance to use a wet vac that I owned. She offered advice on the cleaning of the house, which is fine but at the end of the day, you should be wary of someone that can't do basic chores around the house. My point is to review the services upfront before you hire.

"i have never been asked by anyone to shampoo their carpet. He never asked me on the phone to clean his carpet. i do not know any domestic service who does. There are professional carpet cleaners who do a great job. His home was very, very built up. We did detailing and scrubbing as he requested. We did an amazing job! Some people who don't clean their homes, do not realize how long it takes to do a thorough cleaning. Shampooing a carpet is not a basic chore!"

I trust Thelma in my home any day with no qualms whatsoever, and there are family members I cannot say that about.
When I got home, I felt more calm walking into a neat and organized kitchen/dining/foyer/living room. She had made it easy for me to quickly decide if I really wanted to keep something or not, and had all my papers in one convenient place (instead of my scattered piles, etc) and it took no time to then put the items in there place and pack some of those items that didn't seem to have a well defined category. What she did was SIMPLIFY my chaos and mess which is priceless.
It was also such s pleasant surprise to see my kitchen sparkly clean (without all the odors of all those cleaners with chemicals!! LOVE LOVE how she gets things soooo clean without all those harsh and toxic cleaners). Then the other extra things she'd cleaned was just so nice to see. She really WORKS for the money she earns. I never have to worry about that. If I were with her Id insist she take more breaks, as she had only taken a 5 minute break to eat her lunch while I was gone!
Thelma is just one of the few that still have an amazing work ethic, takes pride in every detail of her work, and always aims to satisfy the customer.

Thelma and her daughter are awesome! They did a wonderful job cleaning my home with good attention to detail. They use a lot of natural products, which I like. They also are personable, nonjudgmental, and trustworthy. I'd reccomend them to anyone!

It was exhausting work, and looking back on the day, I am thrilled that the ENTIRE crawl space filled with boxes and bins were Completely removed and everything was ready to go on the moving truck. Her work ethic is unparalleled And she is meticulous about cleaning things as we go, and is always full of helpful advice and always has a smile on her Face. I feel so good when she is done for the day, not ONLY with all the work accomplished, but also encouraged and like I spent the day with a girlfriend. She's a special lady and I trust her implicitly. Always always always I walk away feeling like that was the best value I had gotten for my money. Thelma is a dynamo and somehow works circles around women less than half her age. Truly the best. If not I wouldn't write such a lengthy review!

EXCELLENT! I have had so many different people before and even some after Thelma work for me and I ALWAYS go back To Thelma. There truly is no comparison to what she does, the quality of her work, and her personality is absolutely refreshing! I'm amazed at the volume of work that is completed in one day with her. And I still don't understand it, but her presence and energy Motivate ME to work alongside her and tackle projects that is been wanting to do but simply no energy or motivation to do them As I am preparing to move, I will continue doing whatever it takes to use Thelma as there's no way as a single mom I could Get all that I need to get done in time to move without her help. Listen folks, I am not rich, but I have learned that sometimes paying extra for A service, etc....pays off in many ways. I can say with absolute certainty that Thelma is worth her weight in gold. And if I could afford to hire her for weekly services year round, I wouldn't Hesitate. For now it's mostly for big or important jobs I just can't seem to get done. But she's the best at what she does. Both cleaning and organizing!

She does a good job. She did a great job. We had a limit so I said to do what she can in that amount of time. She did more. Her time was up but she wanted to finish the job. Everything looked wonderful. I've used her for quite few years. I think she's very reasonable. Quality is very good. They are right on time. I would absolutely use her in the future.

Thelma was coming once a week to do winter and summer cleaning. She organized everything in my home. Now I am able to have her come once a month. Very trustworthy, very prompt, she uses all organic cleaning supplies and she does an excellent job. I would highly recommend her. I now live in a clutter free home.

Thelma is amazing and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has helped me with cleaning and organization on four occasions and I plan to continue to work with her. She is punctual, pleasant, and positive! My bedroom and closet were a mess and she helped me get things cleaned and organized. She is fun to talk to and never judgmental. Additionally, her daughter did some cleaning while we organized and she did a great job too. I was very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of cleaning and/or organization.

She wouldn't do it because she claimed that there was mold and she had bad allergies. She offered to clean the upstairs instead but I didn't want the upstairs cleaned. She charged me $190 but I'm not exactly sure if she did anything as she spent most of her time speaking to me and giving me advice.
I had another gentleman come out to test for mold because of what she said and he told me that this was not the case and that there was no mold. He said that my basement was very dry and properly maintained with a dehumidifier.
In addition she also also left with my antique atomic clock. She denied it when I noticed it was missing but I saw her handling it before she drove away.
I suspect that if she sees something small she thinks that she can take advantage.

"i did everything she asked me to do. i worked all day carrying up loads of mold covered boxes, bags, and all varieties of trash and recycling. i made approximately 25 trips up and down the basement stairs taking items outside. There was a lot of visible mold on books and boxes. The smell of mold was repulsive, worse mold situation I have ever worked in. I am allergic to mold, and explained I wouldn't be able to work in mold until it was remediated. She is very elderly and confused. I felt sorry for her and stayed for nearly 2 extra hours for free. During that time I called and researched mold experts, as she asked for my help. During the day I pinned and put up 2 sets of heavy drapes, cleaned patio doors inside and out, and front door and picture window glass also. I did everything she asked me to do and more. She is not being honest. She even kissed me on the check when I was leaving and thanked me for all my hard work. I would not take a penny if I found one in a clients driveway. When I find money outside or inside on the floor or anywhere else, I give it to the clients, or leave it on the table when I am working alone. I have never stolen anything from anyone, and never saw or touched her clock. I have NO idea what she is talking about. I believe she must have been hallucinating. As you can see from my many AAAAAA graded reviews, I am a woman of high integrity. I have worked for many of my clients for years. One client for 8 years`, twice a month. If I was a thief, and didn't do the work, they would not continue to use me. Read my reviews and decide for yourself!!!!!!"

Thelma is a dynamo! I don't know where she gets all her energy, but she is one of the hardest working people I've met. She gets more done in 8 hours than I could accomplish in a month. Her experience and expertise is invaluable. She is professional, kind and funny, never judgmental, offers advice when asked and provides me with much needed direction. When I evaluate my expenses, I always consider the money spent on her services to be one of the best returns on my investment. I'm always so happy with the results and the volume of work we get done. I would recommend her services without reservation to any and everyone. She truly is one of a kind. My house feels more like a home when she leaves, and I am even inspired to continue with the work we've started. I will continue to use Thelma for all of my organization needs.
I have also utilized her cleaning services too. Like her professional organizing skills, her cleaning skills are tops as well. No detail is left out, as she is very meticulous in cleaning, and she is very conscientious about only using cleaners that are environmentally friendly and not harmful to those of us who have allergies, skin sensitivities, etc. No harsh chemicals or solvents are used.
She is truly a gem! I am so thankful I came across her and feel fortunate that I have her to help meet my cleaning and organizing needs. And with what you get for the money, her services are extremely reasonable and competitive.

Thelma has been cleaning for me about a year and three months. I tried several cleaning companies and was looking for someone who was thorough and attention to detail. The most visible change was in the basement. We went through almost every box in the basement and organized what to get rid of and what to keep. She also helped me arrange a garage sale to get rid of the items. She has a talent with organizing and knows ways to save money and get organized. She has a lot of nice ideas and is patient. I've experienced other services that get upset if you let the organization fall behind after they've left, but she is not like that at all. The only problem I've had is that she has a bit of transportation issues, but she tries VERY hard to not let it effect her work schedule and me as a customer. She is excellent about getting back to people and was, in fact, the only person who called me back. She has an excellent work ethic. Her pricing is reasonable compared to other providers.
