"I was disappointed to read this review. I would appreciate any additional detailed information Mr. [Member Name Removed] can provide so i can research this matter further. Our staff is required to document all potential client calls to our office. I have reviewed the call log from 2015 and we do not have a record that Mr. [Member Name Removed] called our office. I have also checked our online portals and do not have a user with this name. I apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. It is never our intention to not return a phone call. Our office policy is within 24 hours or sooner. It seems unfair to receive these types of ratings when we never met nor spoke with Mr. [Member Name Removed].
