Had to call them three times before they did show up to do the work. Once there they did a very good job.

I should have checked all these reviews before hiring this company. I can't believe they are still rated a B with the amount of terrible reviews on this page. I was promised 2 weeks of mowing and a clean up of a garden bed with poison ivy removal while I was out of town. The only thing done in the time period was 1 mowing. I sent several emails and and phone calls as soon as I was back home and could see that this issue wasn't taken care of. I was only able to get through to the office manager who actually seemed to care that I was satisfied. She seemed to be the only one. After multiple requests to hear from the sales rep or the owner (who was included in my emails) neither of them cared to call. I cannot believe this company is still in business with an owner who clearly needs a lesson in customer service and satisfaction. Do not hire this company-you will likely regret it. Sidenote: The company did end up coming by and taking care of the poison ivy. I had to remind them that I was quoted for weed removal too. After speaking to the owner Justin Rush, the crew still didn't want to remove the weeds. I did end up showing them an email from the sales rep confirming the weed removal and they ended up doing it and actually cleaned up some other areas of the yard as well. The office manager was able to have this done for me at a discounted rate, which I appreciated. This bad review is not intended for the office manager or the actual landscaping crew-it's for the owner and the sales rep that didn't seem to care one way or the other if I was satisfied with the work.

Regardless of signing up for the works what I received was weekly mowing at a very high price considering I didn't receive anything else. I sent multiple texts and emails with photos of the weeds I had to pull myself every two weeks with no timely reply. Once I got a reply I was told it was handled. It never was. I routinely had to pull the weeds on my own. Then I had canceled TrueGreen for monthly fertilizing to use The Grounds Guys to have my grass in the worst condition ever. I called back to cancel that part of the service to hire TrueGreen back. In 1 treatment with TrueGreen my lawn started to come back to life. Then when I finally grew tired of having to chase this company for all the services I tried to cancel service they tried to bully me and tell me I could cancel but owed them for the 10 month "contract" to be paid in full for services not rendered. This is actually unethical and untrue. There is no binding contract for future services not rendered in the state of Ohio. So, don't let them try to persuade you into a package, not provide the service and then threaten you to pay for future services. Finally, after I pushed back against their threats to pay them for 10 months of service which I received 3 lackluster headache filled months they literally sent a cease and desist letter saying I was harassing them and that I cannot bad mouth their business when in reality I was just asking them to service what they promised. The last I checked this is 2017 and it is not against the law to post a review for poor service. This is definitely not a customer service oriented company. I am posting this not to bad mouth their business or be negative but to warn you if you are considering using them I wanted you to know my experience. I have attached photos of the weeds I had to pull on my own not just 1x but 3x (mind you it was part of the so called master service agreement). Some people may have good experience with this company as I said I had high hopes great marketing materials, nice trucks, appear to have good image and pricing but what I received was nothing like they advertised.

Pretty good. however the lights were not set up completely and was missing some pieces that were on back order. We called to have them make sure all the lights were lit but took over a week to make this happen. to their credit, they prorated the cost. I believe this was a glitch and not their usual process. we would use them again as the house looked great.

It didn't! Contacted several times to schedule service, but never performed the work. Over the course of 3 weeks they said they get back to us with availability, but never did.

Overall their service was a mixed bag.
They did a good job with the weekly mowing.
The other services including shrub pruning and yard cleanup were not done on a timely basis.

I contacted Angies List in June, complained about the service,  and the poor responsiveness, and after they contacted the area manager, the shrub pruning was eventually done. The yard cleanup job was done after several more phone calls.

Poorly.  The job was supposed to include time allocated to weeding my property with each mowing and they never weeded the beds.  They basically mowed the yard, which was very small, and blew out the grass but never touched the weeds.  They were not consistent in the day of the week that they mowed our yard either.  Like most landscaping companies, I feel like they overbooked and under delivered in a big way.

Mowing was done as expected.  Treatment only took place twice. Beds were mulched and cut as expected. Clean-ups were done after many calls asking for service.

Since treatments were not done yard looks much worse than it started in the spring. This is the second year we have used the company and will be the last. We now have a large area in the front of the house that s dead along with several areas  in the back yard that appear to be dying also.
We have made several attempts to contact the company but they have seen fit to return our emails.
We made the mistake of paying for the season upfront. It now appears that we are out the cost of the treatments that haven't been done, plus the loss of turf front and back. Curb appeal is very bad due to their lack of care and not completing the contract.
I would not recommend them to anyone!

Our lawn looks gorgeous!!! Look, in all fairness to the other reviewers, the crew that came out was not all that. I had to go out many times and remind them of what needed to be done, and when they thought they were finished, I politely let them know they still had an hour (btw, the lawn was nowhere near finished at that point). But, I was in contact with the owner, Justin, who displayed amazing communication and stellar customer service, and he called his crew and made sure they were to do everything. Bottom line is, don't be shy with the people you've employed to do work for you. Let them know if there are still things that need to be done. I did, and my lawn looks amazing for it!!! These guys are worth a shot, and I'm happy to have them come back to do another cleanup!
