+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SERVICE ITS CUSTOMERS. THEY THINK WE HAVE ENDLESS TIME AND THAT WE MUST WAIT AT THEIR MERCY. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THEM SINCE YOU CANNOT BE SERVICED!
Description of Work: WE BUILT A NEW HOME AND MOVED IN ON JULY 25TH. ON DECEMBER 5TH WE DISCOVERED THAT A COLD AIR VENT HAD BEEN INADVERTENTLY DRYWALLED OVER AND THE DUST WAS COMING THROUGH OUR CARPET. WE WERE TOLD THAT THIS IS HARD ON THE BLOWER AND WILL WEAR IT OUT SOONER. WE CALLED OUR BUILDER WHO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH SUPREME AIR TO COME AND CUT OUT THE DRY WALL AND PUT THE VENT ON. THEY DID NOT SHOW. THE BUILDER ASKED FOR ME TO CALL. I HAVE SET THREE APPOINTMENTS AND THEY GIVE ME A 12-5:00 P.M. SERVICE TIME. THE FIRST TIME THE SERVICE GENTLEMAN SHOWED BUT DID NOT HAVE THE CORRECT SIZE VENT. THE NEXT TWO TIMES, THE SERVICE PERSON DID NOT SHOW. NOW, I HAVE WAITED FOUR DAYS FOR FIVE HOURS EACH DAY AND STILL DO NOT HAVE THE PROBLEM SOLVED. THEY DESERVE TO GO IN THE PENALTY BOX AND I HOPE THAT YOU CAN HELP US GET THIS SITUATION RESOLVED! I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS COLD OUT AND THERE ARE SOME EMERGENCIES BUT FOUR DAYS OF NO SHOWS IN ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!
