They assessed the roof on Nov. 23 and Jeremiah told me it would cost $1200. So I called them a day later, and they arrived on the afternoon of Nov 25. He told me after he came on Nov. 25 and said the leak was fixed and would not leak again. However, it rained a day later and the roof still leaked onto the ceiling of my deck. I paid him $1200, and he said he'd e-mail me a receipt and a 60 day warranty. I received neither. When I call Roof-Rite to get them back, his brother Oscar said that Jeremiah who does the roofing had died in a car accident. I'm skeptical of that because I checked obituaries in Columbus, and Jeremiah Wanko's name appeared nowhere.
