They never disappoint. The leadership there is excellent and the work is as well. I wish I could have them more often. When I do need them, they usually fit me in and do the job well.

They give excellent service.

We hired New Albany Cleaning Services to clean our new home that we bought this summer.  Nothing was in the house, so it should have been pretty easy to do a good job.  However, the quality of cleaning left much to be desired.  The kitchen cabinets still had cooking grease all over the outside.  The under-cabinet area near the floor of the kitchen was still covered in cobwebs.  The countertop still had dirt and dust all over.  Many of the drawers throughout the house still had dirt and grit.  The half bathroom still had a fake nail under the sink!  Overall, we were very underwhelmed with the quality of work, especially after they extended their estimated time an additional 3 hours.  They did agree to take off 1 hour for the poor job in the kitchen.  But in our opinion, it was a gesture that was too little, too late.  We had to call and complain about the kitchen - it wasn't acknowledged on their part until that point that they had under-performed. 
We will seek other services the next time we need cleaning.

Tried them more then once.  Never the same people so the quality of cleaning was inconsistent.  Staff cut corners.

They were very polite and willing to please on the phone, but I would highly recommend getting an exact quote before having them perform the work. My opinion is that they gouged us! They are very expensive!
