Matt did a great job. Showed up on time, came prepared for the job, and did a great job. He wanted to let the putty dry and was willing to come back on another trip to paint, but I told him to paint it as is to save the time. Will hire again for handyman services.

Excellent! Matt really earns my respect. The lumber he sourced for the deck was very high quality with very few knots. Every old deck board that was in questionable condition was replaced. He did not skimp. And yet he still came in under budget and on time. The deck had extensive repairs and now looks great. The drywall repairs look great as well. Matt is a true professional with a strong work ethic. A real pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I have used Legacy Homes Services. Matt is a true craftsman. He went the extra mile to find a custom shower pan for the remodel. I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted and he followed my plans and completed my new Master bath exactly the way I wanted it. I would and will hire Legacy Homes Services again

i had 3 full window screens and 2 sliding patio door screens replaced. he was almost on time and quickly went to work and got done in roughly 2hours. i also asked about another project but decided not to do it based on his recommendation. i would hire him again. he was prompt about replying when i emailed to and from getting answers.

Well...so we were initially happy with the work which was done a while back. We recently hired another company to do additional work and while they were working removing siding, they realized that the beam Matt had replaced was sized incorrectly and not actually being held in. To make matters worse, this beam acted as a support for a roof. After Matt had "finished" originally, I was surprised at how awful it looked, tried to call and got no reply. He also never came back. Upon further inspection, the additional work on other buildings that was performed is also sized incorrectly and / or falling down. As I mentioned above, the original thought was "ok...it's a tough building it's fine." Now that we have realized that the half assed job was really a huge liability and presented a danger to anyone beneath it, we have a serious problem recommending Legacy to anyone looking to have a significant job done.

I tend to get anxious doing projects on my own and finally bit the bullet on these little projects. Matt was punctual to the T...he said 9am, he was ringing the doorbell at 9am both days. He was extremely polite and professional and was very proficient in his work. He even put up with a foster cat I had that was very curious. He had the toilet going in 1/2hour and hauled the old one away. Whew! I love my backsplash in the kitchen..subway tiles..a very polished look and he did it seamlessly. Including installing Venetian blinds properly he was done in 1 1/2 days..day two was grouting. I will hire Matt in the new year to install corbels under my breakfast counter and make the wall there more childproof.
