The remodeling project of our master bathroom began just as the proposal indicated in early April, and was completed on schedule by the end of that month.  And what a beautiful result was achieved!    Kevin Kent, of Kent Building Services,  is indeed a professional who makes any project, big or small,  progress smoothly with excellent results.  He simplified what could  be an overwhelming process by bringing some tile and granite samples directly to the home.  When it came to lighting,  I described what I was hoping to find...and he went out and found it.   Kevin  communicated clearly on a daily or even twice-a-day basis about the next step of the project.   He and the tradesman arrived together each morning at the agreed upon time.  All aspects of the work were completed by people who value quality and excellent service.  They were each a pleasure to work with.  Our only wish is that we had decided to do this much earlier. We couldn't be more pleased with our newly remodeled master bathroom...and also the new kitchen baseboard.

Perfectly. He showed up when we said he would (try getting a contractor to do that!), and kept everything clean during and after he worked. His work was excellent and he went above and beyond what we had expected by doing some additional work for no additional charge (that was outside his estimate).
