They are really quick. I've used them for other things. They do well, but sometimes it seems some things fall through the cracks. I would use them for the Honda, but I would not use them for the Import cars. They are not experienced with the European cars. They do not do well with them.

They are great!  Honest, good quality, auto repair shop.  The last time I was there, my tire sensor light was on and they had replaced one of the sensors about 5 months before it came on.  So they checked it but it was okay.  They checked the others and evened out the tire pressure and that was the problem, as I did not have enough air in the tires for the cooler temperatures.  All this in a short time and at no charge.  I go to them for my mileage check-ups and maintenance jobs like brakes, etc.  I trust them completely to service my vehicle, do an excellent quality job, and to be fair and honest.  Coming from a woman, that says a lot.  (i.e., there are other shops that might take advantage of limited knowledge of mechanics)  They have been recommended to all of my friends and family.

They were very straight forward in their policies, price and the time it would take. Their labor costs were considerably less than other places we called. They completed the work within the time they told us, and in the estimate they gave us.

Honest, Honest and will not sell you what you do not need.

My Mini van every time it went over a bump I heard really loud bump I thought it was my muffler that had come loose so I took my mini-van to firestone where I had a Life time warranty, I was told that one of my Shocks had come loose the Bolt had snapped (the van is 12 years old) They gave me an estimate of about 500.00 dollars to weld the shock on the car because the broken bolt was still lodged in the hole and They could not get it out  where a new bolt could be put in, They also did a free break inspection and they Said I would need new break pads on the rear tire. I wanted a second opinion so I took my car over to CAR SERVICES , To fix the Shock with the broken bolt they said it would cost me 50 dollars, That's right 50.00 because they drilled out the broken bolt and put a new one in, they also told me I did not need new breaks on the rear. They Showed me ( Car Services) the rear Wheels and they were only able to take off the one Rotors? because the other wheel had a rust ring on it and if they took it off they feared that they would damage the breaks on the one Wheel by forcing it off. I explain how firestone said that I had less than 10% on the rear breaks, Kyle the mechanic look at me and said my breaks were fine and the one wheel that he could look at had 80% life left, because he could not look at both he assured me that both sides will wear out the same way, and he told me their was no way firestone could have inspected both sets of wheels with out damaging the breaks because there was a rust ring that could damage my breaks and then I would have to replace the breaks.
 I now only use these guys for car work, I would not take it anywhere else.

Excellent. Car Services made the best out of a bad situation. They had the best interest of the customer in mind. They took care of all the unexpected problems that came up with over the top service.

Car Services went above and beyond to provide me with excellent services. They did not charge me, when I decided to discontinue the repair. Carriage Town Chrysler were I purchased the vehicle, wanted to charge me $85, just to hook my vehicle up to a computer and verify the problem. Carriage Town should have done it for free, considering my warranty dispute, and that I purchased the vehicle at their dealership. Carriage Town should give Bill a call at Car Services and find out how to build customer loyalty.

While replacing the timing belt on my 1989 Camry, Car Services did not install the new water pump (that I had bought at Advance Auto and provided them), but left the old one on, and billed me for installing it. The old pump subsequently failed 14 months and 12,500 miles later. Further research absolutely proved that the failed water pump was not the one I had provided Car Services to install. Rod at Car Services denied any wrong doing by any of his employees, strangely did not even want to examine the old water pump. I requested a refund of my total bill, to cover my costs when the old pump failed and destroyed the new timing belt. He said that a refund "was not going to happen." He was not fazed in the least when I stated that I would take the matter up with my attorney, the BBB, and the Attorney General. Finally, he did make full restitution a few months later, after being pressured by letter by my attorney, the BBB, and the Attorney General.

THEY ARE CONCERNED AND THOUGHTFUL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
