We have a monthly maintenance plan.  It took them a few hours to complete the job.  The workers were good.  I liked them.  They're nice and personable.  They explain things to you, which is nice.

They installed a new furnace for me. It worked out pretty well. They actually installed one furnace that was really noisy. They came back out and replaced it with a quieter and better furnace. I was satisfied that they were willing to work with me on that concern.

We are in a service contract with Arctic Air.  We called for our spring check of the air conditioning system, appointment time arranged, confirmed and our service agent Justin arrived on time. He checked the system and answered our questions completely. Plan on having the heating system checked in the fall as part of the service contract. Excellent service.

Our A/C unit ran out of refrigerant on a hot day and Arctic Air sent out someone that evening to fix the problem. Justin the technician was awesome as always and explained in detail what was going on. He is very personable and easy to talk too. I am part of their preferred club and pay a monthly fee to get two tune-ups a year and it helps get me moved to the front of the list when problems like this arise. Also, as being part of their club I got 20% off the repair. I have been dealing with this company for past 2 years and everyone I have dealt with has been very nice. Go Arctic Air Service Now!

We initially called Artic Air for an AC tune up and signed on with Artic Air's membership plan which includes an annual furnace tuneup in the fall and a/c tuneup in the spring for about $15.  Everyone we have interacted with from Artic Air has been professional, very courteous and knowledgeable.
We are likely to need a new system soon.  In speaking with AA, members get a 10% discount on new systems which I initially thought was not significant enough of a discount for a "member" considering that comes at a tag of $180/year but if you consider the cost of servicing AC and Furnace, it might even out.  The services are pretty thorough and I think the price is reasonable if you must get this every year but you'd  have to decide if you think you need to see if you need that detailed a service every year, and price shop to compare.
They also said they have price matching on new systems and a discount for members but we are still shopping around to see if their package is the most cost effective so cannot comment on their price.  All in all, very courteous, knowledgeable staff; my  jury is still out on whether membership is a good deal or not, mostly because I haven't finished my comparison :).

Great. Called in advance as promised. Did quick eval and servicing of furnace. Needed to come back to complete removal of failed humidifier and did so, all without any drama. Great experience overall. Have used before and will again.

The individual technicians were great and I was very satisfied with the service and support until they kept missing appointments.  I was tired of taking of on my nickel when they were no shows so I dropped them as a service provider.

That's right...our air conditioner went out within a month of closing on our "new" home and during the hottest week of the summer!
Although we had a warranty through our home purchase, the vendor listed didn't get great reviews on Angie's List (and I am being kind.)  We decided to go with a company that did get good reviews.  Although we didn't call until very late in the afternoon, a technician arrived at our house within a couple of hours.  The coil was frozen up.  He worked on thawing that out and while the coil was thawing he looked over the unit. He explained exactly what he found, as well as the options available to us.  He added whatever it was that needed added, after explaining the pricing.  Each time the price was going to jump because of the amount of product added, he stopped and checked with us to get the okay.
We were extremely impressed with our technician (Justin).  Based on the quick response time (at what had to be a busy time for air conditioner repairs), the obvious knowledge and experience of the technician, and the work ethic we witnessed, we went ahead and signed up for their heating/cooling maintenance plan.
We will definitely use this provider again.

Great experience from beginning to end. This is 3rd time I've had this company service the furnace, which doesn't appear to be very common (Amana). This time, we had them check the A/C too. Technician was on time, looked and acted totally professional and spent adequate time checking everything out. Only thing to watch is if you buy hard-to-find filters from them. In the past, their prices have been all over the place. I ultimately found them for far less on the Internet, so it's no longer an issue.

The original owner of this company actually installed the radiant system in this house. I called them because the previous home owners recommended them. He came out and charged $138, sold us a service contract and charged us $399 for the repair. The repair didn’t improve anything. Brad got someone named Jeff to come down from Wooster to talk about repairing this. They discussed two options, adding more valves or another water tank, which I really don’t want to do. I talked to Brad and he only wanted to do the hot water system, but I asked him to check on adding the valves. He never really returned my call about that. It took him awhile to contact me before this, but it was because of getting sick and now a car wreck. I called and spoke to Louise, the office manager. She just now started suggesting that the previous company who worked on the water heater is at fault. She wants receipts from their work, but I don’t know why she needs this. I don’t want a service contract with a company who can’t even follow up. I think I’m getting the run around.

I've used several different companies for heating and air needs and I like them the best. They do a great job. Their technicians are all well qualified and knowledgeable. They solved a problem with my air conditioner that no other company could figure out. My air system is now running more efficiently.

Great, great service. The old furnace quit on 2/8/07 in the middle of the cold snap. Arctic Air came out on the same day for a service call, found they could not repair the furnace, cracked heat exchanger. Set up the installation for the next day. Loaned me a portable electric space heater. By 3:00 PM on 2/9/07 we had heat again.

The salesman was on time, was not upset by the mess, & was surprised I knew what I wanted (a lot of research online!). He left an estimate for a furnace/a/c. I told him I would call after I had gotten more estimates & made a decision. He called the next day to schedule installation, was told again that I was still getting estimates. I called him two days later to let him know that I decided to go with another company; he got upset, told me the furnace/a/c had already been ordered & told me the estimate was actually an order, & it was too late to change. He offered to drop the price to match but would not change brands (from a poorly rated, 86% efficiency, lower BTU, single stage furnace with a history of service problems/smaller a-c with Freon)& was told I could not get the furnace/a-c brand & type I wanted for the price I was quoted. I got a 92% efficient, two stage furnace/higher efficiency a/c with Puron, electronic air filter, $500 rebate, & great service for $1600 less elsewhere!
