I had my roof redone by them around 5-6 years ago. I have called them a couple of times to let them know that it wasn't done correctly and that I have a leak. One leak is around my chimney and I can see the damage in my bedroom. Another leak is in my living room. I was told that they would fix it, but they won't get back in contact with me. I was told by Jim, the owner, to not contact him anymore. My roof is guaranteed for 25 years and they aren't holding to that guarantee.
