They did a great job. Maybe they were on the list I got from next door or I think I went and looked them up online. They had done work when I did the kitchen and then I just got them tile my laundry room and I would use them again for the porch. They are very polite, very responsive, have good ideas, very neat, and very punctual, they're just good people to have around.

It was a very positive experience.  The new tile floor is gorgeous; it was designed by Katie Hixon of Hixon Interiors.  Affordable Floors followed the design perfectly.  

And my existing tile looks terrific with the newly-cleaned and colored grout.  Until I met Jimmy of Affordable Floors, I did not know that there was a technique to restore my grout to its original color.

The job went well and they do an excellent job. Their job was very nice. I would use the again in the future.

We have had one of the greatest experiences working with them compared to any of the people in Columbus. The price was between $1500 and $1800. They were not the cheapest, but it was still valuable to us because they did an excellent job. There was a little misunderstanding which was promptly fixed and there were no lingering adverse dealings. It was a wonderful experience and I enjoyed working with them. They gave us an estimate and stuck to it. The owner had his crew show up when he said that they would show up. They worked until they did it. He then came and inspected the quality. There was one minor problem. He worked that out and fixed it. The other people who have looked at the work have admired it. They also worked on the weekend. We would definitely use their services in the future too without hesitation.

Everything about them was great.

The installation went very well. Mr. Dragich called me every day to update me on the process and to ask me if I had any concerns. Customer service is very important to him and his company did an excellent job.

They were very good, on time and we were happy with the floors.

Affordable Floors did an A+ job and were great to work with. When you call you get Jimmy on the phone and he is very easy to talk to. He takes his time to explain the job process and when he makes an appointment to be there, he is on time and the work is done in a professional manner. They clean up after themselves and then end results is an excellent job.

We liked that it was a smaller company and all the employees have been there for a long time. When a few issues came up, they were resolved immediately. The floors look great!!

THIS WAS THE BEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. THE OWNER RETURNED ALL MY CALLS IMMEDIATELY, MADE SURE ALL WORK WAS DONE ON TIME, AND CLEANED UP AFTER EACH WORK DAY. WHEN THE FLOOR TILES WERE FINISHED I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE GROUT COLOR AND THE OWNER MADE SURE THE COLOR WAS CORRECTED WHEN THE SEALER WAS APPLIED THE NEXT MORNING. ALL CREW MEMBERS WERE HARD-WORKING AND POLITE. THE WORK IS FANTASTIC!

JIMMY WAS VERY NICE, TIMELY, AND PROFESSIONAL. HE RETURNED PHONE CALLS FAST, AND WAS VERY FAIR ON PRICE. HE DID A CUSTOM ROUNDING ON THE EDGE OF MY BACKSPLASH THAT HE HADN'T DONE BEFORE...IT CAME OUT PERFECT! WHEN WE REPLACE MORE FLOORING IN THE FUTURE, HE WILL BE THE ONE!

HE FINISHED THE WORK ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY WE SPRANG A LEAK. HE CAME OUT AND FIXED THE TOILET AND ALL OF THE DRYWALL WORK INVOLVED. HE CAME BACK TODAY AND FINISHED IT OFF. HE DID FAR MORE THAN WHAT I EXPECTED. HE DID A SUPER JOB. THE WORK HE DID LOOKS EXCELLENT!

HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO COME AND THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS BEAUTIFUL. HE WAS RELIABLE AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORKED WITH HIM WERE VERY GOOD! HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GAVE GREAT SUGGESTIONS. I WOULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE HAPPIER HAD THEY CLEANED UP BETTER, BUT THE WORK IS GREAT AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL.
