Sean showed up and I gave him the packages of lights. We briefly discussed a general layout plan for and he then arranged and hung them within an hour. He provided a ladder and any velcro, wire, hooks, etc. to help secure the lights and properly taped down cords to prevent tripping. He was fast and efficient and friendly.

There are several dead Ash trees surrounding my deck and in my sloped yard. Sean used a chain saw to cut them down, cut some logs into firewood for my personal use and disposed of the remaining logs.

I showed Sean the location in which I had hoped to add a utility sink next to my washer and dryer in the basement. He gave me specs I needed for purchasing. He arrived on time, installed the sink using his own drain piping and cleaned up the mess. He also tightened some existing pipes after I told him they clanged while the washer ran AND he reversed the positions of the front-loading washer and dryer so the doors now conveniently face each other rather than away from each other as Home Depot had originally installed them!
