Since Excalibur had done previous fencing work on my property, I called their office the morning of 11/17 to tell them what had happened and see when they could give me a repair estimate. I didn't expect anyone to come soon because Northeastern Ohio was experiencing heavy snow and record low temperatures. However, the crew showed up on the 20th & installed temporary fencing so I could let me dogs into the yard without their leads before final repairs were made. That made the dogs and me VERY happy. A little background - I originally contracted with Excalibur to extend fencing on the home I purchased in September, 2013. The property line that backed up to a busy road was fenced, as was my 1 neighbors entire back yard. I wanted to totally enclose my back yard so I could let my 2 dogs out without leashes/tie outs. I also wanted more privacy in the yard. Excalibur was slightly lower than other quotes I received, but their service and customer relations were exceptional. What other contractor would go to this effort to accommodate customer (and canine) needs?
Description of Work: Installed temporary fencing to replace sections damaged when a vehicle ended up in my back yard during a snow storm on 11/17.
