Driver of HEALTHY TURF BUILDERS truck carreened off of road over both my driveways, hit my sidewalk and steps, cracked those, and proceeded to go through my yard. The accident was at such high speed that it ripped the front axle from the truck, bounced all tools out of truck and damaged mower that was on trailer behind truck. I helped the driver get his truck on a wrecker, unload and unhook his trailer, and pickup his tools. I made a simple request that he fix what he damaged on my property and we wouldn't have to worry about this any further. Upon calling this company and leaving multiple messages, the owner, Scott Whitney declines to answer the phone or return my phone calls. One would think that if he is in the lawn business, he could come out and spend a couple of hours of his own time and make this situation right. I now have to proceed through the legal system taking up my time and money to make a situation right that he caused in the first place. I would definitely NOT utilize this company and would seek a quality responsible landscaper such as Brickman, Mortons, TruGreen or Stackhouse Landscaping or the likes. I don't even think this company has any insurance. This gentleman also owns a cleaning service by the name of Nice N Neat cleaning Srv. I would steer clear of this business also bc he cannot even clean this mess up.
