Countertop Creations

More than a month before our daughter's wedding, we purchased a new cook top, switching from electric to gas. By the time the store ordered it and scheduled an installation, we had two weeks to go. When the installers arrived, we discovered not only that the cook top would not fit in our existing counter cutout, but also that the installers would not/could not trim our solid surface counter so that it would fit. After many phone calls and a few more days, we furthermore learned that our opening was not large enough to accept any other model and that the store could not recommend someone who could trim the counter. After making many frantic phone calls to various businesses requesting help, we received a call back from Tyler King, owner of Countertop Creations. With less than a week before the wedding, Tyler came to our home on a Saturday to assess the problem, returning the following Tuesday evening to enlarge our opening, install the cook top himself, and then buff and polish all of our counters. He was polite, efficient, compassionate, and his work was excellent. Five days before the wedding brunch we hosted, we not only had a new cook top, but kitchen counters that looked fabulous and brand new.
