Chuck runs the business by himself so hard to get ahold of him because he is working and hard to get phone at same time. But leave him a message and he will get back to you. He is very trustworthy and would never try to take you for your money (not even a women). He is very good at what he does. Price is fair. The only down side is since it is only him and he is so good it is hard to get your car in.
