STARKWEATHER& SONS ROOFING

We hired Starkweather and Sons to replace our roof in the summer of '10 after we discovered several leaks. The job was estimated at about 10K, which we felt was reasonable, based on other estimates we'd received. Instead of sending a full crew, they sent 2 guys to complete the job. It took nearly a month to complete the job. The 2 guys bickered and fought all day with each other like an old married couple...very unprofessional. They would come late and leave early. It is now Dec '11, and we still find old nails in the yard from the removal of the old roof, and we have young children. Oh, and guess what? Our roof still leaks in the exact same spots it did before! We've been calling and calling these guys to come fix it. They've promised to come right out, but still have yet to show up and get the job done. They also told us one of our skylights needs replacing, but failed to mention this while replacing the roof...when it would have been easier to get it all done at once! Be sure to look them up on the BBB. They have had 4 complaints in the last 3 years, and I've now filed my own to make it five. Avoid!!!
