Dennis and Patrick did and an excellent job in every regard. We have a 60 year old house and the electrical systems needed a lot of work. The job took three days. They did meticulous work and cleaned up thoroughly each day. They were both very polite and answered our many questions. Among the best contractors we have ever hired!

The two electricians that came out were very professional and very timely. The project Took about 6 days. They hardly made any mess with the drywall. I was expecting to be doing tons of drywall patching everywhere myself. There was only two or three spots that i even have to touch up and paint! Very happy with both electricians. Dan and Dennis. Luckily i have a ranch where it was very easy to get down though the attic. Also I am redoing my basement ceiling which was easier to get for some outlet locations One thing that sorta bugged me that when holes were being drilled for my new outside outlets. They accidentally drilled in my cold air return. He did this from the outside which doesn't make sense to me. It would be better to go inside out though the rim joust. It is in a area where it is just wood and moderately easy area to patch and it was patched from the outside. It just put a piece of foil tape on the inside temporarily. Honestly no big deal in the scope of things just a minor issue.

The process went well. They arrived on time and we walked through & discussed the what, where, & how's of the job, and then they got set up and got to work. It took 2 guys 8 hours total, from start to finish. They cleaned up well and were pleasant to work with.

Two men came from Thompson and spent all day and got both done. They were friendly. Answered any of my questions. Did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and even helped determine which breakers affected what (which we wrote on both of the doors of the panels). I had gotten three quotes and theirs was the best, and so was their work on the job. I would hire them again and recommend them highly!!!

When I chose Thompson Electric they at first said they would not be able to do the job till after our scheduled closing date, but after explaining our situation they got the job done for us the next day. We really appreciated their understanding in getting the job done for us.

The entire process was handled well. The estimator came out promptly and was thorough. The installers were very professional and conscientious about the appearance of the install. Everything went smoothly and the project came in at the estimated cost. They were the lowest of three estimates, the other two being independent electricians, not a big contractor like Thompson.

I got their website and then I called them and they said it was okay if I send a picture and describe the job and they can give me an estimate and they said it was not a full estimate but it was an approximate estimate, so I wouldn't waste my time if it was way too high. But I appreciated that they would do that from my picture. My husband said he could have attached it a little better than he did.

They were on time and did a review of our electrical wiring and provided a quote the next day. The workers were on time and did excellent work and cleaned up. It took one electrician about 8 hours and a second around 5 hours to complete the job; all done in one day. We had the following done...
Main service line into the house had to be replaced
Line to kitchen was replaced with new wire and properly routed in rafters
Added new circuit for the microwave
Added new circuit for the refrigerator
Added new circuit for dishwasher and garbage disposal
Bathroom on first floor was split off of kitchen circuit and new circuit added
Bathroom on second floor was split off of kitchen and new circuit added
4 GFICs added
Some minor clean-up of wiring and breakers (we had some 20Amp breakers but the wiring was 14-2, not good).
Everything works great and our electrical is in good shape.
