They did an excellent job. One of the chairs didn't dry but they came back free of charge and redid the chair. I use them all the time so I'll be having them come back.

The cleaning went well. However, when they applied the fabric protector they did not protect my hardwood floor. They dried the floor before they left my home however, the overspray dulled my floor. I have been unable to bring back the shine with cleaning.

Did an outstanding job! I had light grout and it was never sealed properly. The 2 young gentlemen (I can't remember their names) were so very sweet and did a great. It was a large surface area and hard work. I watched the entire process. I will be hiring them again for one more bathroom.

The carpets are clean when they are done and the sofas pretty clean but I, they did not move some furniture I think they should have moved in order to get to the carpet underneath and they did not put protectors under some pieces that in the past crews have done that.

I have used them quite a few times during that time. They were good.

They are not the cheapest but they are very thorough and they do an excellent job.

They were on time and did a great job. Some areas were quite bad with stains and stomped on. We are getting the place ready to sell and were thinking the carpet would need to be replaced in some places. But when they were done, it looked great. Not new, but don't need to replace either.

I used Stanley Steemer online service to schedule a date and time for the work to be done. their website was user friendly and convenient..  I received a call on the morning that the work was scheduled and advised that the crew was on the way.. Jeff and Julio  were very professional, explained everything they needed to do and went right to work.They did talk me into buying and having them install a whole house UV filter. I was very pleased with their work and will use the company again.

I called for a quote late in the morning and they were available to come out in the afternoon. They were fast and efficient with setting up their equipment with a minimum of disruption to my family. They did a very thorough and professional job cleaning our furniture and carpet in about an hour and then they were gone. Before leaving they explained everything that they charged for and they utilize mobile electronic equipment to make their job at the end very professional and simple.
The results of the furniture and carpet are fantastic. They removed carpet stains that we have tried to remove but could not using our own home carpet shampooer. They also saved us hours of time of work. I am quite pleased and it was definitely money well spent.
I definitely plan to have them come back to clean other carpets in our home.

The technicans were very professional.
They finished the job in 1 hour and the results were great.

The two technicians were polite, on time and finished the job in one hour. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called.

Personnel were friendly and pleasant and arrived on schedule. They worked quickly, but maybe a little too quickly as carpets didn't and quot;sparkleand quot; as with previous cleanings. Perhaps some of it was due to wear, but several stains remained that I later eliminated with Resolve cleaner. Also, not every piece of furniture had plastic or Styrofoam placed under the legs/feet before they were put back on damp carpet, and rust stains were found under the feet when furniture was taken out for moving.

They were detailed in taking information on the phone, and repeated back to make sure it was accurate. They called an hour before to confirm their time. They took time to answer questions and pride in their work. I purchased spot cleaner and a brush to remove pet fur. I was pleased with the service and quality of work.
I thought the air duct cleaning was very expensive with a cost $850 (after $100 coupon) versus other competitors. I have a larger home with dual heating systems and 30+ vents. It was no deal.
An area that could be improved is the clarity of coupons. I found the coupons to be confusing and not disclose all of the restrictions. I was told that I could not use a clean one room at $99, get another free plus stairs with an entire house cleaning. How many people only have two rooms cleaned?
If I had them out three times with this coupon, I would have saved money. If I could have used this coupon toward my order, I would have saved more money than the 10 percent. It is not productive for me to take time off from work three times or for Stanley Steemer to come to my house three times to use their coupon for 6 rooms.
Since I had two services done, I would like to see a past client discount in the future (minimum 15 percent off total service cost). My prior professional carpet cleaner gave me and my real estate clients 10 percent automatically. I don't want to have to play games with coupons.
