We needed to replace fabric on dining room chairs.  The entire process was outstanding and easy.  We selected fabrics and project was completed in a couple of weeks.  Price was extremely fair and they even delivered chairs back to the home.  This is an outstanding operation.  I highly endorse them.

Bob has a nice assortment of cloth samples and provided advice on durability. It took nine days to order the selected fabric and finish the job. The job was well done and the chairs look good.

Bob Mooreland is the owner, and I have an antique couch at his business that is ready to be upholstered, Bob upholstered a throne chair in the past and did a lot of work on it. There was a lot of piping work that had to be done and the throne chair had an extremely high back on it. Bob has been in business for a long time, 25 years and he has always had a great reputation. His prices are very good and I would highly recommend him. Bob is a really great person to know and you can always call him if you need advice.

When I called to make an appointment, I was told that he had large orders to fill. His long time assistant had quit, and he wouldn't schedule anything until he had completed his prior commitments. He suggested that I call back in 6 weeks (which I did) and set up an appointment in 2 weeks for an estimate, which he called to reschedule with plenty of notice. After discussing in detail what I wanted done and making fabric selections, I was given a price and estimated work time. The work was beautifully done and finished a couple of days early. I used Right Way about 10 years ago based on a referral to recover a couch and 2 chairs. While I was disappointed he was busy, I preferred to wait, knowing the quality and service of what I was getting, rather than using another company just to have it a little earlier. It means a lot that he took his prior commitments seriously enough to possibly lose my business rather than string me along or let his other customers down.
