PAW PATCH QUILT SHOP

The shop is a quilter's paradise. It is loaded with many varieties of fabric, suiting any taste. There are enticing samples all over, many of which are kitted for your convenience. The prices are reasonable considering the quality of the material and prices elsewhere. The salesladies were very knowledgeable and helpful with tips and suggestions. They obviously enjoyed their job, loved quilting, and were eager to share that love. Don't go with a "I am just looking" attitude." For those who love to quilt, you will definitely want to purchase something. Have a dollar figure or project in mind before you go or you will definitely overspend because of the the many ideas and projects on display.

 Jean & Carol (the owners) are fantastic people, and they took the time to help me learn about all the machines, and then showed me the specifics on the machine I got.  I had a thread caught in the tension discs a few weeks after I got the machine, and Jean (a certified Janome sewing machine technician) fixed it while I waited, and explained patiently how to avoid the problem in the future. I was thrilled that they did not have to send the machines out to be serviced.  That's a big plus for me since it meant on-the-spot service.  I realize not all repairs can be done as you wait, but Jean took a look immediately. It was a small fix, so she fixed it.  The Paw Patch is now a bit of drive from my house, but it is a wonderful quilt shop with everything any quilter would want so I make the drive every few months.  Staff is great, helpful, knowledgeable.
