WORK WAS COMPLETED IN 1998 THERE WERE INITIAL EFFORTS TO CORRECT NEWLY INSTALLED GUTTER ON THE GARAGE THAT DID NOT DRAIN PROPERLY. ADVISE FROM THE CONTRACTOR WAS GIVEN ON HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS PROBLEMS BUT OVER TIME DID NOT CORRECT PROBLEM BUT GOT WORSE TO THE PRESENT DAY. IN THE SPRING OF 2004 I RE-CONTACTED THE CONTRACTOR KNOWING THE WARRANTY WAS TO SEE IF THEY WOULD MAKE GOOD THEIR WORK. THEY REFUSED TO DO THIS, BASED ON THE EXPIRATION OF THE WORK WARRANTY AND TOLD ME I CAN COMPLAIN TO WHOEVER I WANTED TO.
