We needed carpet replaced in a house we just purchased and was looking for quick service. We also prefer
doing business with local companies. After exploring the big box stores and finding that 48 installation isn't really true. It is 48 hours after measurements that had a 10 day wait. We stumbled on Maggards of Mount Vernon. We spoke with Mike and he was very professional and accommodating. He came out the next day took measurements and provided an estimate. The carpet was ordered and arrived the next week. Understanding our desire to have it installed asap he arranged for installation that very weekend. Job was done on time and to expectations and at the quoted price.
The next day our Husky thought she could dig her way out when we went away and torn up a 12? x 12? hole in the new carpet. Mike personally came out the very next evening repaired the damage. (Cannot see repair at all) and refused to charge
us. I cannot praise Mike and his company enough. He has earned all our future business.
