MAC HEATING & COOLING

Prompt service. Part was on truck. We were cooled.

Bryan was very helpful and knowledgeable.  He tested everything to make sure once it turns cold we're ready for it.  He also updated the air filter with a newer type to make it much easier to replace as the old one was an odd accordion type filter.  He didn't have the whole house humidifier media with him so he ordered it and came back to replace it as well without charging for another service call.  We will definitely call him again when needed!

Showed me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it if I needed to in the future - assured me that my furnace was ok - even tho' old, and that they carried parts for it when and if I needed them.  They came when they said they would - the man was polite and kind (the house was VERY cold).

He (the owner, Brian McCarthy) came highly recommended by friends and family and we were highly impressed by his knowledge and helpfulness. He spent a lot of time up front assessing our home and talking us through our options and the advantages and disadvantages of each when conducting a visit for a quote (at no cost). We got a top of the line system at a GREAT price and he was able to run ductwork where we didn't think it was possible. They did a fabulous job and cleaned up afterwards. He has also always been accessible and responsive if we call.
