KCH IS GREAT, they are very caring bunch, clean, I feel we have the best hosiptal, everyone should be proud and feel lucky we have a nice clean hospital with a lot of specialty doctors, most small towns don't have a hosipital I Like all my doctors at KCH wanted all my doctors at KCH but I wouldn't recommend NARENDRANATH LAKSHMIPATHY, MD to my worst enemy, I need a pain doctor though I hate to leave town once again for a doctor. So I'm just dealing with my back pain as best as I can

The staff and nurse was very kind, I would recommend it to family and friends for test or whatever that needs done, I've had 2 surgery's and everything went well the nurses in the recovery room was so kind, Knox county is very lucky to have this hospital. Soon they will have a birthing center soon so mother father and baby won't have to be near rooms with I'll patients.

Dr Ned I had 1 appointment with him he treated me like a third grader he said in so many words that I was lazy, he did not give me a chance to say anything to him, then because I cancelled the next appointment and shots he wanted to do because I was not comfortable with him(the same shots Dr. Mathew Rahrig.MD gave me before that did not work) Then he sends a letter saying he will no longer be my pain management Dr and sent a certified letter which I refuse to go pick up, I have a Dr at Ohio Health that will refer me to a better doctor than Dr Ned.MD, he has no bed side manner for being a pain Dr. Niether does his staff

All went very well except dismissal. My surgeon was out of town the second day after surgery and the one setting in for her was supposed to see me. He never came and told them by phone to send me home. I was supposed to be there 3-5 days and was not ready to go home, but they sent me home anyway and I was not happy with how they handled it. I think this slowed my recovery. I was quite happy with my treatment except for that. I fault the stand-in doctor for not coming to see me.

I have had numerous gynecological procedures and surgeries (as well as two deliveries) performed by this physician since 1982. Obviously he's doing something right, as I haven't considered going to another OBGYN in all that time. He is very personable, and takes time to listen to your concerns; also, he doesn't make you feel like an idiot if you ask questions. Occasionally there is a bit of a wait, but I consider that worth it.

Overall, it was a good experience. I was satisfied with the help that I received.

They are apparently at war with a large insurance company, and refuse to cover anyone in the community with that insurance. The hospital provides no coverage for the employees where I work. There is a large segment of the community that can't get in network coverage because the hospital won't accept it. The doctor's won't accept it because they can't get the patients in the hospital. They keep saying they are doing things to fix it, but nothing has been done for two years. Because of it we have had to find another doctor, which we have to drive 25 miles to see. I would not use this provider again.

Overall, I liked the total efficiency of my preadmission, made available use of my time, was aware that I was still working, and they did excellent work.

I have never had any problems there. The people are very nice there. The people and all the departments that I have dealt with are very nice. The nurses are really nice. They know what they are doing. They are caring and knowledgeable. They don’t treat you like a number; you are a person. I would use them in the future.
