Josh Hardbarger performed our inspection and did an OUTSTANDING A+ job. Very professional and courteous, experienced and knowledgeable, approachable and open to questions peppered at him throughout, very thorough inspection work. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for home inspection work. King also was able to accommodate a very tight timing window due to purchase contract timeline and also was able to work on a Saturday with 8am arrival. Pdf report was delivered within LESS than 24 hours of job completion and included photos that were tagged with extremely helpful descriptions. We paid for 1) home inspection, 2) radon test, 3) gas line test and got $50 off for the bundle.

Terry King did a very good job. He was professional, arrived on time, explained the aspects of the condo that were a concern (leaking pipe, faucet with bad seal), and explained the mechanicals of the condo to me. He submitted reports in electronic formats, which made it easy for me to forward to my mother and her realtor. I'd use him again.

Terry King, the sole inspector at the company, did a great job. The inspection very thorough and complete. For the first inspection, I was present, and he was helpful answering questions and concerns as we went through the house together. He is friendly and very professional. For the second house, I was able to be there, and I trusted him completely to do the job properly in my absence. Afterward he was available by phone to ask questions and discuss his findings in detail. Also, his office assistant, Jodi, was great about getting our inspection scheduled on short notice and also getting the inspection report to me very quickly after the inspection. I would highly recommend Terry!
