Our company has been providing services in Central Ohio since 1998. All of our work is performed in a very quick and efficient manner. And we require payment immediately upon completion of any project. All of our services are kept "In House", for maximum quality control. We do not currently offer any finance options, with regards to our services.

three men were at the job each day. Each was friendly, hard working and explained what they were doing and why. They arrived on time and if they ran into a delay they would call to let me know. The work looks great. They hauled away all old materials and cleaned up each day. They were great to work with and I would hire them again. I wanted a certain brand of window. They had not used that type before but they contacted the distributor, learned about the product and installed it with no problem.

Due to improper installation by the initial builder my front entry was rotting due to water getting behind the flashing. I had used Larry in the past for another project so I contacted him concerning repairing this. Larry gave me a detailed estimate of everything he would do. Larry and his crew tore off all the front molding and damaged areas and then primed, painted and replaced it all. In addition they installed the flashing so that water would no longer run behind the wood and replaced the from door with a new fiberglass one.This whole process took a day and a half and i am totally pleased with the results. In this day and age it is a pleasure to find a person like Larry who actually knows what he is doing but also takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend Larry and as future projects arrive will call him. Outstanding job!!!

As someone perpetually interested in the elements of a good business, I searched, sometimes painfully, for a company which would complete home improvements both with quality and a sensible pricing formula. After several major projects, Encore Contracting has met all my expectations. Larry Cabral, its leader, has been excellent in executing my vision, and using his noteworthy aesthetic sense to make choices compatible with my tastes. His work crew is focused and hard working and always considerate of the client's needs and goals. All of my projects have been completed with expertise and an attention to detail often lacking in other jobs which, over the years, I have hired for completion. This contractor has become familiar with my house and me. Thus, both are improved when the task is completed efficiently and expertly.

Encore Contracting and Wood Replacement has been honest, punctual, professional, and professional. Larry and his team have completed several small projects and a sizable remodel of a rarely used screened in porch to a fully functional mudroom. The quality of their work is exceptional. A timeline and price quote was included in the estimate and strictly adhered to. Additionally, the project they worked on was completed while we were out of town. I had complete trust in them, so much so they had been given keys to my house with unfettered access. Encore Contracting and Wood Replacement will be used for any and all future projects with regard to house remodel and odd jobs.

Larry and his team (David and Adam) were really awesome to work with. Unlike the other contractors that I had out to look at the problem and give estimates, Larry took the time to listen to what I wanted and talk through his plan for the repairs. They paid attention to details, and did everything just as they said they would. I'm really happy with the quality of the work they did, and highly recommend them.

The project went very well. The finish product looks great. Larry and his crew did an awesome job and corrected some of the short-cuts taken by the home builder to "make it right". The door and exterior trim took two (2) days to complete and both days the Encore team showed up on time, were friendly with my kids and treated my home as if it were their own.
Their service, quality and professionalism our expectations. The price was fair for the service and product delivered. We look forward to working with Encore in the future.

We found Encore Contracting through Angie's List. Larry was professional from the first contact through the end of the job- and then even after, following up on some recommendations he had made re: glass replacement, work he does not do. He was in constant communication over the approx. 6 weeks or so of work. I have to emphasize that we went into the job not knowing how extensive the exterior trim replacement was going to be. Unfortunately, due to insects, weather, and a very shoddy original installation and painting job when we built our house, almost all of the trim needed replaced. Larry was very careful to show us the damage as he found it, describe various options we could choose, and provided an accurate estimate of the materials and labor required. We have a 4500 square foot home, and a 16 X14 outdoor screened in porch, as well as an attached garage. The trim replacement work they did was extensive. However, we have full confidence that the repairs were done with the right type of wood and sealed and painted correctly (as opposed to the way it was originally done.) The new back deck is solid and good-looking- even my father (who is very critical and has built his own decks) pronounced the work well-done! The tree house is safe to use again after they replaced some of the flooring, railing, and shored up the entire thing with a floor to ground brace. Larry, David, and Adam arrived when they said they would, worked long hard days, and were a delight to be around- always positive and polite. They were always willing to go above and beyond what we might expect - for example, looking through a pile of old paint cans (many unlabeled) to determine if any of it was still useable and to match colors. Larry communicated via e mail on a weekly basis to let us know what they had completed that week, what still needed to be done (and the timeline for when he expected it to be done), and what amount we owed for that week's work, as we generally paid them at each week's end .The cost of all of the work was extremely fair for the amount of work and difficulty of the project.
It is unusual to find such an experienced, hard-working, honest, and committed contractor and crew. We would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them without any hesitation or qualification.

Larry was terrific to work with. His prices were fair, and his craftsmanship was excellent. He offered many useful suggestions, and did all the work exactly as promised. He and his team worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up all debris. I would highly recommend him, and would not hesitate to use him in the future for any household project.

Larry and his crew were very good and worked efficiently and did a great job. Larry was more expensive than our other estimates, but he impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism. Although we could have gotten it done for less, I am glad we went with his company.

After meeting with Larry Cabral and his co-worker David, we really thought that we had chosen the right company to perform the work on our home (ENCORE CONTRACTING). They were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They helped us find the trim boards that needed replacement but were also quick to point out boards that looked pretty good and did not require replacement . In this respect I felt that they were being very honest with us, without any pressuring to opt for unnecessary services. They explained all that they were going to do to ensure that the work that they provided would lead to the most years of service to us. The day of service arrived and they arrived quite punctually (this time with another worker, Adam). They were very confident and all were in good spirits and ready to get at it. They worked diligently like artists who seemed to be determined to provide the best possible results for us. I was very impressed and many times I saw Larry walk out to the street to get a distant view of their work to be sure the wood placement was just right. They removed the existing gutter above the garage and prepared the wood (painted and caulked) to receive the new larger gutter. A specialist in gutter placement was sub-hired by Larry and he arrived after the paint had dried (coordinated quite well). I could tell that this gutter-man had the same high standards as Larry, David and Adam as he proceeded to place the new gutter and downspout . It was ALL done with such perfection and precision. I could tell that we had chosen the right contractor to do the work, thanks to the referral by Buckeye House Painting and confirmed by Angie's list recommendations
(Buckeye House Painting will be doing the remaining caulking, stripping and painting) .

It went great, very pleased with the results. An exterior water faucet was damaged during the removal of rotted trim, Encore repaired the damage to the water line to the faucet, no harm, no foul!!

Our experience with Encore Contracting and Wood Replacement went well. They are subcontractors with Lowes and they were fine. We didn't have any problems with it. It went well. I purchased the wood myself. They suggested a few things and suggested where I get it. It was a nice place and they had some nice wood there. When I choose it and brought it back, they came over and did the job. They sent two guys over and they did everything in a day. I only had one minor problem with one door. The door to the bathroom wasn't latching completely, but they immediately sent someone back and fixed it, as soon as I called. I have some work to do in the future and will be using them again. They looked like they knew what they were doing and they did a good job.

Outstanding work and great to deal with! We are moving and needed a
bunch of stuff fixed. They did the drywall ceiling in the garage,
replaced some siding on the house, painted all our doors and replaced a
leaking attic vent. Communication was great and they were more than
willing to pick up things as I thought of them. For instance needing a
