They are very professional and give first rate technical support. This is a dial-up service and it's a bit slower than my last service but it gets the job done. The cost listed is yearly or you can choose to pay $9.95 per month. Check all access number because some are faster then others. Check the website occasional because more numbers are added.

NO FRILLS, BUT CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE. DIALUP IS GETTING TOO SLOW THESE DAYS, SO WE MAY GO TO HIGH SPEED NEXT YEAR.

IT'S HARD TO BEAT THEIR PRICE. I TRIED THEIR HI-SPEED SERVICE, BUT DIDN'T NOTICE MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE. I TRIED TO GET A REFUND ON THE DIFFERENCE, AND THEY'VE BEEN IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH.

COPPER.NET IS A CHEAP, NO FRILLS, BUT VERY GOOD ISP. I SWITCHED TO THEM LAST MONTH FROM ANOTHER SERVICE AND COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. THE $99.00 ANNUAL PLAN WORKS OUT TO $8.25 PER MONTH, MUCH LESS THAN THE $21.95 I WAS PAYING BEFORE AND THE CONNECTION IS JUST AS GOOD. THEY ALSO HAVE A MONTHLY PLAN THAT COSTS $9.95.

WE HAVE HAD MANY PROBLEMS WITH THE INTERNET & KEEP CALLING THE COMPANY. THEY BLAME IT ON MY COMPUTER WHEN I KNOW IT IS THE INTERNET CONNECTION. THEY DONT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.
